Donate to the Chana School Museum Annual Sale! 

March means “Spring Madness”. 

Even if you’re not a basketball fan, you can go mad cleaning out that clutter and unused items for the 2022 annual sale to benefit the 1883 Chana School Museum. 

Start in a bedroom or hall closet and slowly go through your house, apartment, and garage separating items that you use from those items that don’t fit anymore, that are out of date, or just aren’t wanted or needed anymore. Put these things in bags or boxes and store in a corner of a room, porch, garage, or basement. You will feel so much better cleaning out all the unwanted items that are taking up space. 

⏰This year’s benefit sale will be held on June 3rd and 4th at the lower level of the Oregon Coliseum. Saturday 9-5pm and Sunday 10-2pm. This year's dates are slightly different due to the Oregon Ganymedes Vintage Base Ball Club at the Field of Dreams. Check it out HERE

This annual fundraiser brings in usually enough funds to pay the expenses for the museum for a year. You can make a difference by donating big and small items for this fundraiser. We are not able to pick up items right now. We ask that you focus on cleaning out your home and garage. 

If you haven’t worn an article of clothing in the last 10 years most likely you won’t ever again so get rid of it. If you haven’t used those extra tools, bikes, lamps, furniture, dishes, etc. then consider donating them to help the old schoolhouse museum. 

More details to follow. Your support in past years have helped to save the old school, restore it, and presently maintain the museum and its programs.
