When:    Saturday, June 26, 2021

         10 AM—2 PM

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be offered, which is authorized and recommended for 

persons age 12 and up.

Walk-ins are welcome!

To register, and save your place in line, call the church at 815-732-2994. Office hours Mon-Wed-Fri 9 AM—2 PM, 

or leave your name and number and we will return your call.
