If you haven't noticed, 2020 had some very strange happenings. Every time we turned on the news or opened Facebook we were bombarded with such strange and often heartbreaking occurrences that led us all to say, "What the 2020?!" 

Now that we're in Phase 5 in Northern Illinois and in a brand new year: we're finding some interesting side affects of being cooped up that aren't exactly healthy. Did we break our brains a little bit? Let's chat about it with our expert, Amanda Bordner LCSW. 

Amanda Bordner LCSW earned her Bachelor's degree from Rockford University and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois. She has been a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois since 2015.
